Levels Training

How does levels work?

Morris K9 Campus now offers a unique way to approach pet training with our new Levels Program! Levels classes are held multiple times a week and you can attend unlimited classes within your membership period.

In today's busy environment with demanding work and family schedules it is easy to put off that quality time training with your dog. Our program will allow you and your dog to move through the training process at your own pace. If you have to be away on business, no problem, skip a week and start up again when you return. Practice makes perfect, if you want to attend class multiple times a week, you can. Missing a lesson or two in a traditional group class setting will put you and your dog behind the class, this is not the case in our levels classes.

Don't be tied to one night and one hour a week. With Levels you purchase a period of time and you can fit in as much or as little training as you like during that time period. Of course we recommend attending as many classes as possible so you can realize the most success. Our experienced instructors will be ready to address your questions and concerns in this flexible format.

What is Levels Training?

Morris K9 Campus Levels Training is a 4-level obedience training course. Each level introduces new skills for your dog while continuing to practice previous skills with more and more distractions.

Sign up for one of our training memberships and train as much as you like for as long as you like. Move through all four levels or choose to stay at a lower level for a longer period of time. You set your own schedule!

Each level will have specific skill requirements which must be met prior to moving on to the next level, you and your dog progress through the levels at your own pace.

Benefits of Levels Training over traditional classes:
  1. New students are accepted every 2 weeks following Orientation.
  2. Instructors can better address the needs of each dog in the class since all the dogs in each level are at a similar stage in training.
  3. There is no time requirement so you can take as much time as you need for each level.
  4. You can repeat lower levels to brush up on your skills at your discretion.
  5. Dogs move in and out of each level throughout the training, which provides new and different dogs to better socialize and prepare your dog to "real world" distractions.
  6. Students can take time off if they have a very busy week or go out of town. Just return to class at the same level without fear of falling behind.
  7. Have extra time in your schedule? Attend more than one session a week if you are able to do so.
  8. Family members can participate in the training.
How do I get started?

Just attend one of our conveniently scheduled Orientations which are held approximately twice a month.

All new students start the levels program by registering and attending an orientation. The orientation is a class without your dog. We will provide you with all the information you will need, answer questions regarding how levels classes are structured and talk about any equipment you may need for your dog.

All students are required to attend Orientation before starting the Levels Program. Once you attend an orientation you will begin in either Level 00 Off & On Leash Puppy or Level 01 Starting Out and progress through the levels at your own pace.

Let’s get started, register for your membership and your orientation date today!
